Dr. Peggilee Wupperman is an Associate Professor in the Clinical Psychology program at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Dr. Wupperman is invested in improving treatment for individuals with dysregulated emotions and behaviors (often known as impulsive, addictive, or self-destructive behaviors). Her research focuses primarily on evaluating and disseminating a transdiagnostic psychotherapy (Mindfulness and Modification Therapy; MMT) developed to target dysregulated behaviors.
